Episode 1 of 'What's Next?' will go live on Thursday 30th January 2025.

In this episode Jim will be reflecting on an article for the Harvard Buisness Review called 'Great Leaders Are Thoughtful and Deliberate, Not Impulsive and Reactive'. There is lots to learn and reflect from this article and Jim will be giving listeners 5 reflection questions to use to reflect on their own leadership based on the findings from the Harvard article.

Also Jim will be interviewing Stephen Logan (Principal at Healing Academy) about his career, the lessons he has learned, his successes, and his failures. It is a great interview where Stephen gives practical advice, real-life stories, and insights into what it takes to lead and coach at the highest level. We are really excited and honoured to have Stephen as our first ever guest on 'What's Next?'.
