The name of the Podcast ‘What’s next?’ comes from the West Wing TV series where President Bartlet has an exchange with one of his staff members when he suddenly interjects & asks "What's next?" which he explained meant they were moving on to the next thing, whatever it might be.
This is the ethos of the podcast, looking at what is out there and what people are doing the in world of leadership and coaching that could grow thinking and change.
